Brush chicken pieces - such as breasts, legs or thighs – generously with Chutney of choice– cover barbeque with lid, cook for 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked, turning and basting with more chutney several times. |

Mix chutney with a bit of olive oil and use it as a quick marinade or glaze for meats. |

Use as a dip for fried assorted vegetables. |

Simply mix plain yogurt with one of the spicy chutneys – great with lamb grilled outdoors. |
